Responsibilities and Accountabilities

1. Better have capability and experience on APH & GGH erection;
2. Able to execute EHS requirement always on priority;
3. Leadership to the team with influence/guide team to work align with company rules;
4. Master on quality of erection instruction, able for check installation records and review site engineer weekly report;
5. Be good at communication;
6. Analysis and summary for teams workload and performance;
7. Review and approval for team travel cost;
8. Able to take lead on site NCR or trouble shooting, follow up and finally close it;
9. Able to provide training or coach with team members;
10. Controllable on site working hrs;

Able and willing to take site engineer role for project while lack of manpower resources.

Educational Requirements

Bachelor degree or above with mechanical design or thermal engineering

Experience

• 3-5 years Installation or maintenance  experience in Power Plant Industry, better experience in APH/GGH

  3-5年电厂相关设备安装或检修经验

• Non Power Plant Industry, 5-10 years Installation or maintenance experience

  如无电厂经验，5-10年机械设备安装或检修经验

• Experience with office software

The LJUNGSTROM Division serves with its products the thermal power plant market with two key applications: Air preheaters and gas-gas heaters, based on a similar technology platform of rotary regenerative heat exchangers. ARVOS Group is the owner of the Ljungstrom technology and brand with its pedigree dating back to the 1920’s, when the first efficient air preheater was invented in Sweden by Frederick Ljungstrom.
With a market share of about 55 per cent ARVOS Group is the global leader in the design, manufacturing, installation and maintenance of Ljungstrom air preheaters. In addition, an approximate 20 per cent of the global market uses equipment supplied by our current or former Ljungstrom licensees. Together, this results in more than 15,000 Ljungstrom air preheaters supplied globally, making it the most widely used brand of rotary regenerative heater in the industry.
