BYB Headquarters located in Shanghai (China), is an agency that provides services of Visual Merchandising and Design for Fashion Industry Brands. We are looking for a Project Manager, who will be integrated with our BYB team.

The role will be responsible for planning, managing, coordinating and lead design projects, production and implementation, and bridge design team, key’s client project and suppliers. The candidate will work and report to the design director.

Job Responsibilities

• Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects
• Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget
• Developing project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility.
• Ensure resource availability and allocation
• Develop a detailed project plan to track progress
• Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule and costs 
• Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques
• Report and escalate to management as needed
• Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders
• Perform risk management to minimize project risks
• Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation

Requirements

• Great educational background, preferably in the fields of fashion retail industry, 5 years and more.
• Proven working experience as a project manager in the retail industry
• Solid technical background, with understanding or hands-on experience in production and installation
• Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills
• Strong working knowledge of materials, texture, technology

要求:

• 优秀的教育背景，有零售行业工作经验者有限，5年及以上工作经验
• 有在零售行业担任过项目经理的经验
• 扎实的技术背景，具有生产和安装方面的理解或实际操作经验
• 优秀的面对客户和内部沟通能力
• 优秀的英语书面和口头沟通能力
• 良好的组织能力，包括对细节的关注和多任务处理能力
• 具有丰富的材料、纹理、工艺知识
