• Experience in BOM

• Experience in ERP System, such as SAP, OS and so on.

• A practical working knowledge of customer requirements

• Good oral and written English skills including ability to produce high standard documentation
• 的口头及书面英语能力
  
  
• Able to work on own initiative without close supervision

• Ability to use Microsoft Office and associated software

3.  Responsibilities:

职责：

• Create and manage products’ data such as P/N, BOM, and Specification and so on.
• 和管理产品数据如物料号，BOM，规格书等
  
  
• Configure product BOM and related information in ERP system to meet the requirement for various marketing.
• /span>ERP系统中对BOM及相关信息进行配置以满足对不同市场的需求

• Ensure Working instructions, BOMs creation, ERP activation for sales, information communication etc. is correctly released in the project implementation ( NPI), to ensure everything is correctly released.
• 作业指导书, BOM, 产品的销售配置等信息都在项目执行文档中正确发布
  
  
• Be the link between customer and internal, provide effective engineering support to satisfy customer’s special requirement
• 客户及公司内部的纽带，提供工程方面的支持，以满足客户特殊订单需求
  
  
• Set up and maintain the technical matrix for key components, such as motor, battery, shipping box and etc. to make sure all the information are updated to the latest.
• 和维护产品技术文件矩阵表，确保信息更新到最新。
  
  
• Other tasks assigned by the direct supervisor.
