Job specification:

1.Document control, such as send and receive files on job site.

2.Translate technical documents for communication.

3.Supervise contractors on job site for quality, safety and schedule.

4.Review the submittals and RFI from contractors.

5.Liaison with contractors, design institutes and owner.

6.Take responsibility for administration on site, such as room and board.

7.Other relevant assignments upon request of project manager.


Key qualification:

1.Bachelor Degree or other engineering disciplines.

2.Minimum 2 years project experience.

3.Verbal and written communication skills with a good working knowledge of English.

4.Strong capabilities in communication, document control.

5.Good skills and knowledge of Microsoft office software, i.e. Word, Excel, Power Point, Project Planner.
