职位描述
Essential roles & responsibilities:
1. Team organization setting according to the Company’s strategic development and department mission;
2. Formulate short-term & long-term purchase strategies based on business and production strategies.
3. Responsible for the overall purchase process of selection, bidding, negotiation and contracting for the purchase of raw material; production equipment, production chemicals, etc.;
4. Increase purchase effectiveness, realizing the benefits of productivity and process improvements and category management, etc,;
5. Deliver PO on time, follow and make sure that the purchased raw materials, chemicals, equipment, outsourced production etc. arrive on time; coordinate and arrange for related logistics, customs handling, etc.;
6. Accurate data management on ERP system;
7. Establish good doc. management system for purchase department; establish up-to-date reports and analysis;
8. Clarify payment timely and correctly;;
9. Optimize the current purchase work-flow and policies, make necessary modifications when necessary;
10. Organize and perform appropriate assessment for vendors’ qualifications (new vendor assessment, annual assessment for vendors’ production process and quality system);
11. Establish vendor appraisal system; perform monthly/annual appraisal for current vendors; take necessary measures for those of low scores/performance;
12. Proactively drive annual saving projects plan, manage strategic sourcing project and play a leading role in supplier selection, bidding or negotiations and contracting process to ensure annual saving goal delivery;
13. Coordinate with vendors to solve various issues that might occur, maintain good cooperation relationship;
14. Coordinate with HR to work out performance management and appraisal mechanism for team members to well stimulate employees;
15. Provide related trainings to team members;
16. Monitor the overall work of purchase team, provide with suggestions and support just in time;
Key requirements
1. Bachelor's degree or above, master degree preferred;
2. Major in Business Administration, Finance, Supply Chain or a Scientific or Technical field;
3. 8+years of Purchase experience, solid experience in sourcing skills and leading strategic project within a matrix organization; 3+ years of team management
4. Solid experience in change and category management;
5. Strong data management skills via ERP; good data analysis capability.
6. Leadership and strong results delivered in complex negotiations and projects;
7. High competency level in MS Office applications;
8. Excellent English skills.
