工作内容：

1. 根据操作流程的要求完成客服和操作工作，以满足客户的要求；
2. 与客户及海外办事处进行沟通，并及时回复邮件；
3. 准确并完整的在系统里录入相关数据；
4. 负责提单的核查、确认及签发；
5. 负责整套文件的准备及寄送；
6. 按要求及时在系统里更新货物的状态。

岗位要求：

1. 大专或以上学历，物流，贸易或运输专业相关专业；
2. 良好的英语能力，CET-4或以上英语能力好；
3. 熟练使用电脑办公软件；
4. 有较强的抗压能力；
5. 以客户为导向，注重细节。
