Job Description:

• Daily sales audit for error message, coordinate with IT department

• Transfer price monthly reconcile with IC invoices

• Material variance account monitoring

• Month end closing for material and inventory issues

• Inventory movement monitoring and posting

• Weekly inventory and GRIR report preparation

• MIRO for Stock transfer from inter-company

• Half year stock take arrangement and result preparation

• Inventory scraping process follow and documents preparation for special audit

• Store receipt note perform report review

• Internal loss prevention policy draft and follow up

• Inventory and cost report preparation if needed

Requirements

• Colleague above and major in finance, accounting or economics

• Prefer 5+ years’ experience of finance or audit.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Experience and knowledge of SAP is preferred

• Full Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

• Willing to have business trips within mainland China

• Must be able to work under pressure

• Experience on stock management or retail is a plus
