岗位职责：

1、负责区域内客户的开发与维护，完成销售指标；

2、开发、维护大客户资源，进行各项商务谈判，达成销售目标；

3、提供市场趋势、需求变化、竞争对手和客户反馈等方面的准确信息；

4、维护客户关系，确保长期稳定的合作框架；

5、协调客户资源，配合市场部开展展会、学术会议与产品上市推广活动；

岗位要求：

1、本科以上学历，生物、制药、化学相关专业；

2、3年以上生命科学设备或分析检测设备销售经验，熟悉抗体药、细胞和基因治疗、疫苗等领域；

3、团队精神，良好的沟通和人际关系技巧，有效独立工作、团队配合能力；

4、热爱销售工作，良好的客户需求敏锐力；

5、良好的职业素养、抗压能力；

6、1年以上至少3人团队的销售管理经验。
