Main responsibilities

1. Be responsible for all accounting bookkeeping of VMC, and insure all the accounting entries input accurately and timely
2. Be responsible for all MIRO part postings of VMC
3. Be responsible for monthly inter-company charge recognition and issue debit note, and send the debit note to related parties, insure the interco balance matched
4. Be responsible for monthly HFM report for group consolidation purpose
5. Be responsible for monthly PRC report (BS/P&L)
6. Be responsible for quarterly accounting analysis report
7. Support accounting managers with internal and external audit matters
8. VMC monthly accounting journals filing
9. Support with tax compliance /annual budget issues if any
10. Others assigned by line managers

 

Profiles

1. At least five years of financial /accounting experience in multinational company
2. Good knowledge of ERP (SAP is plus)
3. Good command of speaking, writing and reading English
4. Good skills in Excel/Word/PPT is plus
