Responsibilities:

1 Perform simulations/testing to evaluate product performance and provide design solutions to improve performance in order to meet product specification.

2 Perform simulations and testing to identify product failure root cause and provide design solutions.

3 Perform simulations to support new technology development.

4 New thermal dissipation methods research and development.

5 Create excel table which can quickly calculate system CFM / pressure drop/heatsink surface area etc.

6 Perform the thermal related mechanical design to evaluate and applying the new thermal material or new heat dissipation technology.

7 Implement or support the urgent case requirements, in order to meet the target schedule.

Requirements:

1 Highly self-motivated team player, take initiative to resolve project issues with relevant stakeholders and deliver project in timely manner.

2 Experience in mechanical component design, working with venders/production lines are plus.

3 Strong background in numerical analysis and thermal professional field.

4 Proficient in Solidworks, experience with thermal simulation software or ANSYS are plus.

5 Experience in design of experiment, thermal measurement, and project management are plus.

6 Degree in Mechanical Engineering (BS with at least 7 years of relevant experience or MS with at least 4 years of relevant experience is preferred)

7 Good English skill at writing and reading, basic skill at oral communication.

8 High moral and integrity, be good at team player 9 Eager to learn fresh things and willing to dig deeper
