Sensory Project Manager

  

JD:

  

• Lead flavours & fragrances sensory analysis tests using various methodologies (discriminative, description, QDA, TDS, traiangle, etc.)

• Strategically design and execute sensory studies to understand the flavours profiling, and the preference drivers to guide the creation team for flavor development

• Design, validate and execute flavours consumer proactive and reactive research programs including questionnaire design, fieldwork monitoring, data processing and final reports

• Develop and maintain panel groups including recruiting, training, and monitoring

        

Requirement:

  

• Bachelor degree or above relevant in Food Science & Technology, flavors science, or related fields etc.

• At least 5 years of working experience in sensory analysis in flavours house or related industries.

• Proven excellence in statistical skills, including working knowledge of multivariate statistics, non-parametric statistics and experimental design, hypothesis / significance testing.

• Excellent knowledge of computers, statistical software, and an advance level of Excel is a must, with demonstrated programming skills needed.

• Excellent oral and written communication skills. Good interpersonal skills

• Fluent in both written and spoken English.

• Excellent reporting and presentation skills.

• Good interpersonal skills, Possess strong teamwork spirits.
