职位描述
This role will make a difference for our clients by designing and implementing solutions, incorporating technology sets:
Mission:
The Solution Specialist is a solution sales professional within our enterprise sales organization. A Cloud Infrastructure SSP drives revenue and market share by providing customers with insights and solutions leveraging the Microsoft Cloud Platform offerings.
Key Task:
- Generate new business with companies through various means of prospecting.
- Provide effective solutions to customers' business needs via consultative selling.
- Develop relationships with new clients at a senior level.
- Develop relationships with key publisher representatives.
- Provide regular account reviews in presentation format to key contacts.
- Deliver the appropriate resources from Insight to meet or exceed customer requirements.
- Document pipeline opportunities on a month-by-month basis, this must include information on Revenue, estimated GP% and the expected close date.
- Develop strategic account plans for top target accounts.
- Document plans for over-achievement of budgets, include providing information on - target accounts, existing accounts, revenue expectations, close dates and critical success factors etc.
- Other tasks as assigned by the Sales Manager
Essential Skills Required:
?The skill to define project scope and deliverables and
?The skill to prepare the design and documentation of Cloud environments
?A sound understanding of Cloud and Data Centre technologies
?Experience with complimentary and core Microsoft products including Active Directory, AD FS,
?Sound understanding of data storage, backup and protection technologies
? 5+ years’ recognized and rewarded experience selling business solutions to large/global enterprise customers, particularly public cloud infrastructure and management
? Proven record of effective account management: planning, opportunity qualification and creation, stakeholder and executive communication, needs analysis, value engineering, services/partner engagement, opportunity management, pipeline management, large dollar licensing and deal negotiation.
? Demonstrated experience and expertise selling to senior business decision makers by aligning & reinforcing the value of the solution to the customer’s overall business pain and/or strategic opportunities and decision criteria.
? Solid understanding of Microsoft Cloud Platform products and/or complementing solutions.
?The passion to remain at the forefront of emerging cloud technologies
