1. Improve the risk control mechanism of the logistics department, improve the logistics service capability and achieve balanced development
2. Manage the daily work of department includes all kinds of logistics documents, import and export and related coordination, shipping, etc
3. Responsible for planning logistics solutions, coordinating domestic and overseas warehousing, international freight and domestic transportation, and building supply chain services
4. Responsible for the freight, control plan, overall logistics budget, and control of delivery and storage costs, etc
5. Responsible for coordinating the relationship with suppliers, solving various problems in the transportation, and dealing with emergencies independently
6. Responsible for the logistics organization and planning of global projects
7. Familiar with the logistics system, including process sorting and adjustment, supply chain improvement and optimization
8. Cooperate with other departments for coordination、communication and solve problems
9. Develop and provide department management reports
10. Regularly assess and train the staff of the department

Requirement：

1. Bachelor degree or above, major in logistics management or English is preferred, able to work overtime and travel;
2. At least 5 years working experience in logistics industry, familiar with import and export business
3. Have the resources of logistics industry is preferred, and can quickly match the logistics operation mode of various business types
4. Strong negotiation and project management skills, good communication skills, team spirit and good service awareness
5. Strong ability of data analysis, give suggestions for collaborative solutions;
6. Familiar with ERP & WMS, proficient in operating Excel, PPT and other office software.
7. Preferable minimum 3 years experience in fitness and wellness industry

3. 负责规划物流解决方案，协调国内外仓储、国际货运、国内运输，构建供应链服务

5. 负责协调与供应商的关系，解决运输过程中的各种问题，独立处理突发事件

6. 负责全球项目的物流组织和计划

7. 熟悉物流系统，包括流程整理和调整，供应链改善和优化

8. 与其他部门协调沟通，解决问题

9. 制定并提供部门管理报告

10. 定期评估和培训部门员工要求:

1. 本科及以上学历，物流管理或英语专业优先，能适应加班和出差;

2. 5年以上物流行业工作经验，熟悉进出口业务

3. 具有物流行业资源的优先考虑，并能快速匹配各种业务类型的物流运作模式

4. 较强的谈判和项目管理能力，良好的沟通能力，团队精神和良好的服务意识

5. 较强的数据分析能力，能够为协同解决方案提供建议;

6. 熟悉ERP和WMS，熟练操作Excel、PPT等办公软件。
