岗位职责：

1、Month-end closing

2、Budgeting, forecast and regular reporting

3、Manage physical count & inventory movement & Internal/Risk control

4、Business supporting & analysis & business model build up

5、CAPEX & ROI analysis

6、Process & Effeciency & Automation improvement

7、Deliver analysis to drive cost saving or cost avoidance and value in project

8、Management in continual improvement

岗位要求：

1、Bachelor's degree or above, major in accounting or finance related, CET 4 or above

2、At least 3+ years work experience in manufacturing plant, MNC FP&A experience is preferred

3、Accountant certificate, CMA/ACCA/MBA is preferred

4、Good presentation & communication skill & business thinking

5、Familiar with finance analysis, adhering to principles, methodical work, coordination ability and team spirit

6、Proficient in Excel data analysis, experience in Oracle/ERP system is preferred."

7、Data analysis tools/IT background is preferred

8、Optimistic and positive, with a high sense of responsibility

9、Good command of English both in read and written
