职位描述
l Manage the Quality Assurance/Quality Control Management System through submissions phase, installation, testing and commissioning, to turnover to Operations.
l Manage the coordination of quality inspections & testing with the project team.
l Review Quality System, Quality Plans and Inspection and Testing plans (ITPs) submitted by GCs and monitor the project teams performance against those plans
l Review method statements and related submissions, made by Contractors and monitor adherence to those plans
l Audit QA/QC performance against the approved QS, QPs, ITPs, MSs, and applicable codes and Company Standards.
l Manage the distribution of relevant QA/QC documentation to all team members and document control archiving.
l Manage Correction Notice (CN) reporting, monitor remediation, and report on status of closure of CNs
l Assist the construction management team to monitor sample, mockup submittals for approval.
l Monitor and verify contract application for payment by 3rd party Testing and Inspection agencies and Engineering Surveying companies.
l Coordinate and chair QA/QC site weekly meetings with the Contractors and Vendors.
l Coordinate with all Show and Ride representatives on all quality matters.
l Manage the review and undertaking of relevant quality trainings on site.
l Ensure the safety of the Project is adhered to at site.
l Assure all technical documents relative to Site Quality Assurance are current.
l Adhere to all personnel policies and company handbooks
Key qualification:
1.Bachelor Degree or above in Mechanical, Electrical or CSA background.
2.Minimum 15 years industrial facility or chemical construction experience .
3.Verbal and written communication skills with a good command of English.
4.Strong capabilities in scheduling, budgeting, safety management, quality control and cost control.
Knowledge Microsoft project planner.
