1. Oversee all local finance activities for Wuhan

2. Develop & maintain capable finance organization to support business growth

3. Review, develop, implement and maintain effective accounting control systems, policies and procedures across TJ and tolling sites.

4. Support profitable growth with effective measures and controls on working capital as well as ACT spending and Fixed Asset management

5. Work closely with local management teams in developing plans, budgets and analysis

6. Responsible for local tax and compliance management

7. Ensure PPG internal control environment is fully developed and maintained

8. Develop good and effective co-ordination and communication between these plants and HKSFS ( process improvements,  problem solving etc)

   
   

   Requirements: 

1.   Should meet all related requirements regarding Quality Management Systems and EHS Management Systems. 

2.   Bachelor’s degree in finance and accounting subject or equivalent;

3.   Good commend of English reading and writing, good English oral skill is an advantage;

4.   5+ years manufacturing experience in Finance and Accounting area; 3+ years of people management experience;

5.   Familiar with accounting law and tax law;

6.   Good computer skill and Finance software, Strong communication skills ;

7.   Planning, organizational & time management skills along with the ability to make decisions, resolve problems, negotiate, influence and communicate with others as required.
