Overview of the role:

Your mission at 31Ten will be, under the supervision of the managing partner and production teams, to

● Help us scale up our content efforts

● Setup fully comprehensive sales funnels for the core buyer personas we have identified for 31Ten

● Mine our database of contacts to identify the most engaged prospects and qualify them for sales

● Improve our martech stack: we’re using too many tools at the moment (Zapier, MikeCRM, AgileCRM, Drip etc.), it’s a pain to make them all talk together in a streamlined way

Key responsibilities:

● Content generation: manage our editorial calendar, improve our writing process so we can maintain a constant flow of high quality content and make 31Ten stand as an authority source of high value analysis, research and practical content including creating consistent and meaningful weekly content on all social media platforms (Official WeChat Account), including writing and editing social media posts, improving post engagement, managing user feedback and more.

● Amplification:

● 1) develop new partnerships (we currently publish through 4-5 outlets such as Jing Daily, China Channel, Technode etc.),

● 2) help systemize better our outreach and spreading out of 31Ten’s articles

● Events: pitch 31Ten speakers at events, chambers of commerce, manage speaking requests.

Required Skills And Experience:

● Majored in English, Marketing or a related field.

● Your English is impeccable (native speaker is a big plus), and you love writing compelling copy.

● Positive attitude, data driven, detail and customer oriented.

● Multi-tasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.

● A lot of research and data analysis.

● Learning and refining the operations behind 31Ten's processes from start to finish

● Preparing marketing materials for our clients’ inbound marketing : research and rank potential channels, identify relevant content to produce for these channels

● Implementing a side project of your choosing
