JOB RESPONSIBILITIES AND FUNCTIONS:

The Manager (CO) will work as a controller for the factory covering all related controlling activities, and report to controlling head of business unit Sheetfed in headquarter in Germany. On this position, his/her responsibilities include but not limited to:

    

• Supporting business management by cost center expenses controlling, budget planning, investment plan, business case calculation & management reporting;

• Give effective suggestion to business management about continually improvement, KPI, economic efficiency calculation etc.;

• Responsible for the P&L, deviation analysis & production relevant KPI creation;

• Responsible for the annual operation planning & forecast planning together with central business area, relevant department of Headquarter and local business management;

• Supporting production cost planning, calculation and analysis of ACT/Plan deviation;

• Risk and opportunity analysis based on cost center expenses situation and give further improvement suggestion;

• Monthly cash flow planning together with accounting team;

• Supporting internal audit process development in this factory;

• Intensive attending in the yearly external audit process;

• Lead controlling team

                    

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  

• Bachelor or above degree, major in financial, accounting or business management relevant;

• Above 5 years working experience in controlling area of factory/production/manufacturing;

• Good English language skills verbally, reading and in writing, understanding of German language would be a plus;

• Careful, structured & self-contained work still with higher quality requirement. 

• Self-motivated, strong leadership and teamwork;

• Deal with complex issue and facts under international working environment;

• Target orientated, high degree in organization transparence;

• Good knowledge of IFRS;

• Good skills of MS Office, particularly complex excel formulas and functions;
