工作职责:

1. 审核收入确认的相关支持文件，审核支持文件的合规性。

2. 根据合同条款和项目进度，及时完成对客户的开票，包括对国外客户的形式发票的开具，以及对国内客户的税务发票的申请。

3. 发票的递交（包括形式发票的邮件递交客户和上传客户系统），人民币发票寄送并通知客户。

4. 发票的跟踪，包括客户对发票的异议的及时处理。

5. 负责和客户、公司各部门同事之间沟通、联络以及协调。

6. 月末核对当月已开具的发票，包括与系统数据的核对及JDE 导入等问题。

任职资格:

1、 本科及以上学历， 财务、审计或医药类专相关业。

2、 工作细致、认真负责，具有优秀的沟通、学习能力，积极主动，具有良好抗压能力和团队合作精神。

3、 熟练运用Excel\PPT等办公软件，了解ERP和CRM 系统。

4、 具备基本的英文交流和沟通能力。
