岗位职责:

What you'll do
? You will manage the daily operation of 3PL and follow up on action plans to ensure all KPI / SLA requirements are met；
? You will report analysis and data mining to monitor vendor performance and identify area for improvement；
? You will work closely with other function and global departments on solution design and project management to optimize current process；
? You will work closely with Delivery Service team to ensure all delivery solutions can be implemented smoothly with a customer centric approach；
? You will manage custom clearance performance through different gateways and models with vendors, identify risks and work on solution for new policy changes；
? You will conduct billing checking and payment arrangement follow-ups；
? You will support global projects and initiate implementation when needed；

Who you are
? You have more than 3 years working experience with 2 years in a B2C importation environment；
? You have solid knowledge of both international and domestics parcel transports processes；
? You are familiar with B2C e-commerce custom policies for both import and export/ returns, e.g. cross-border, Personal parcels etc.；
? Having related experience in fashion/ luxury category would be a plus；
? You have good interpersonal communication skills with internal and external parties；
? You are well-organized, proactive and customer-oriented；
? You are capable of working under pressure and delivering within agreed deadlines；
? You have a good command of oral and written English;
