Responsibilities

• Provide excellent HR business partnership to support the business in the company.
• Formulate and implement incentive programs and business performance bonus programs;
• Provide probation period assessment and middle year & year-end performance evaluation

• Oversight of talent initiatives via performance review, people development and workforce assessment
• Support and deal with HQ for all HR related matters.
• Manage HR systems (HRIS, PeopleSoft)
• Prepare and lead training programs in APBU
• Provide timely information and guidance to managers, supervisors and employees on various human resource issues, i.e. reviews, employee relations, compensation, performance improvement, etc.
• Deal with ER issues whenever necessary.

Qualifications

·         Bachelor's degree.

·         Proficiency in both spoken and written English & Chinese

·         8-10  years of experience in HR or related field.

·         Expert in incentive scheme design and bonus calculation

·         Experience in organizational change

·         Strong organization, communication and conflict resolution skills.

·         Demonstrated ability to onboard new employees and manage HR tasks.

·         Familiar with Chinese labor laws

·         Proficient in Microsoft Office suite especially in MS-Excel
