? Lead and develop technical, project management and commissioning team in JV company

? Responsible for developing and optimizing processes within responsible area

? Secure and develop needed know-how and competences within the Engineering & Project Management & Commissioning organization

? Join forces with Sales and Product Owners to understand values for customers. Based on value propositions, create a technology development roadmap for JV business.

和销售以及产品经理一起了解客户需求。根据产品定位，为合资公司建立产品发展规划图

? Responsible for project delivery and customer satisfaction (quality, delivery time etc.)

负责项目交付和客户满意（质量，交货时间等）

? Actively develop customer focus, customer relationships and customer understanding with strong cross-business and cross-divisional approach

Job Requirements:

? Fluent spoken and written English.

流利的英语口语和书写能力。

? High level of interpersonal (people) skills required to manage a diverse community of professionals, including, engineer, project manager, service engineer and international portfolio managers for products in production.

? Strong understanding of complexes integrated systems and engineering principals.
