Responsibilities:

• Rationalize and deliver projected revenue from existing clients, direct and participate in initiatives that generate new revenue from clients.
• Maintain relationships with key individuals at all levels of client organization
• Support 2-4 clients dependent on revenue size and project complexity
• Assure flawless execution of client projects, prioritize resources, and keep team and other groups informed of progress and changes
  
• Review CRM communication program creative assets to deliver qualified content to client
  
• Prepare major campaign’s CRM best practices and reviews
  
• Interpret data to gain deeper understanding of our customers to develop customer-led insights
• Provide client insights to support CRM strategy

• 5 years’ experience in CRM field
• Dynamic team player, with a strong sense of ownership and drive to achieve
• Strong communication & interpersonal skill, able to cooperate and interact with people from various departments
• Independent, proactive and well-organized, flexibility and the ability to multi-tasks
• Strives for excellence in execution reliable and attention to detail
• Excellent written and spoken English and Chinese

• Basic programming experience is a big plus
