POSITION OBJECTIVE / 职位目标: 

Creates, develops and coordinate manufacturing assembly processes and tools based on engineering and installation requirements, utilizing and applying engineering principals, research data, and proposed specifications. Analyse engineering proposals, process requirements, and related technical data pertaining to manufacturing to determine feasibility of proposal. / 根据工程与安装要求，利用与应用工程原理，研究数据，建议规格。分析工程提案，程序要求及制造相关技术数据，以决定提案的可行性。

Design, control and improve the manufacturing process and system design, through a collaborative effort with the value stream team. The Manufacturing Engineer is responsible of reducing cycle time and customer lead time, reducing inventory, improving productivity, reducing material cost, and improving performance of the value chain. /通过生产团队的协作努力，设计，控制与改善制造程序与体系设计。制造工程师负责减少周期，客户前置时间，减少库存，促进生产力，减少原料成本，提升价值链的绩效。

Main Function Responsibilities and Activities / 本职位的主要责任以及职能:                                     

Develops solutions to complex problems, which require ingenuity and innovation / 需具备独创性与革新性，以制定应对繁复难题的解决方案。

Develops and implement tools, processes and procedures to facilitate the manufacture / 开发与实施工具，工艺，与流程来促进生产。

Provides corrective and preventive actions for quality issues / 质量的预防与纠正措施。

Selects best techniques and tools for manufacturing operation after researching options / 经过研究，为生产操作选择最优的技术与工具。

Responsible for performing technical and engineering duties to improve product manufacturing performance, reduce cost and methods / 负责技术与工程职责的尽职状况，改善生产制造绩效，与生产方法，减少花费。

Provide advanced technical support to production lines and other engineers / 给予生产线及其他工程师提供技术支持。      

Maintains and/or develops product bills of material structures, work instructions, process documentation, and system routers to ensure accurate material, labor and overall product costs / 维护和/或开发产品材料结构，作业指导，程序文件及系统状态的清单，以确保精确的材料，人力及所有的产品成本花费。

Provides technical leadership to multi-disciplined teams associated with specific assemblies to ensure quality, cost, and schedule objectives are achieved / 为多文化团队提供特定装配相关的技术指导，以确保达成质量，成本，计划日程目标。          

Applies program technical requirements into work requirements, processes, and tasks /把项目/客户的技术要求转化为详尽的指令说明。 

Interacts with customer-vendors to design and develop specifications / 与客户和供应商在设计与开发规格方面进行沟通交流。

Maintains process documentation / 维护程序文件。

Ensures compliance to customer Engineering and Installation processes / 确保与客户工程和安装工艺相统一。 

Assists in day-to-day manufacturing operations / 日常制造操作的协助。

Participation will be required on Continuous improvement event teams to address various producibility issues and opportunities / 根据要求参与持续改善项目团队，处理各种生产事务，抓住发展机会。
