Responsibilities
? Responsible for the evolution of PaaS cloud platform system architecture planning, design and implementation of disaster tolerance technology solutions, system SLA model establishment, software and hardware optimization, infrastructure planning, etc.
? Continuous innovation and optimization, promote the continuous evolution of the cloud platform architecture, and continuously optimize the stability / efficiency / cost / performance of the PaaS cloud platform.
? Responsible for the daily operation and maintenance of the entire line of business carried by the PaaS cloud platform, including demand processing, fault response, promotion of availability improvement projects, etc.
? Through continuous comprehensive data operations (including availability indicators, historical accidents, resource utilization, etc.), find weaknesses in cloud platform systems and continue to optimize and improve.
? Responsible for setting up and maintaining the PaaS monitoring system, improving monitoring efficiency and shortening the length of fault location.
? Participate in the construction of PaaS cloud platform operation and maintenance tools and platforms, and promote the operation and maintenance automation, including but not limited to DevOps, CI / CD.
? Accumulate PaaS cloud platform operation and maintenance best practices, provide guidance for business architecture design and component selection, and output operation and maintenance technical documents.

Qualifications
We hope that you will have:
? Bachelor degree or above, major in computer or software engineering, 5 years or above related work experience, experience in large and medium-sized projects is preferred
? In-depth understanding of Linux system, familiar with common network technologies, familiar with TCP / IP, HTTP and other protocols, good knowledge of network and computer architecture
? Familiar with scripting languages such as Python, shell
? Familiar with PaaS cloud computing platform and related technologies, such as distributed computing, distributed storage, virtualization, storage, high performance and highly reliable website architecture. Familiarity with Pivotal Cloud Foundry (PCF) is preferred.
? Proficient in Docker technology and Kubernetes, Certified Kubernetes Administrator (CKA) certificate is preferred
? PaaS cloud platform operation and maintenance experience of 100 units (or nodes) and above is preferred
? Internet company PaaS cloud platform construction and operation and maintenance experience is preferred
? Familiar with common open source distributed services, including but not limited to Hadoop / Flink / Redis / Kafka, etc.
? Familiar with common open source tools, including but not limited to Nginx / LVS / Puppet / Ansible / Zabbix, etc.
? Familiar with common DevOps tools, including but not limited to Jenkins / GitLab / Junit / Sonar / Helm etc.
? With internet thinking and cluster management ability, strong project execution ability, good cross-department communication and team collaboration ability
? Careful work, good thinking, strong ability to analyze and promote problem solving
? Good at teamwork, willing to share, good customer service awareness
? Experience in application development is preferred

? 参与建设PaaS云平台运维工具、平台，推进运维自动化，包括但不限于DevOps、CI/CD
? 积累PaaS云平台运维***实践，为业务架构设计与组件选型提供指导，输出运维技术文档
