职责描述Description：

1.  与销售和大客户销售一起开发新客户 Develop new customers with sales and Key Account sales

2. 协助销售和大客户销售审阅客户的要求，并能积极与客户研发部门及时进行技术确认Assist sales and Key Account sales in reviewing customer requirements and proactively carry out technical confirmation with customer R&D departments properly.

3. 充分理解客户的要求以及相关的标准，并将客户要求和标准细化到具体的技术要求Fully understand customer requirements and related standards, and refine them to specific technical requirements.

4. 协助销售和大客户销售与其他有关部门共同完成客户的产品可行性分析报告Assist sales and Key Account sales in completing customer's product feasibility analysis report together with other relevant departments.

5. 客户图纸与生产图纸的技术沟通、理解和确认Technical communication, understanding and confirmation between customer drawings and production drawings

6. 协助销售和大客户销售推荐公司的现有产品和公司自主产品Assist sales and Key Accounts sales in selling existing products and company’s own products

7. 不定期的在客户地或公司内与客户举行技术交流会Organize technical exchanges with customers at customer sites or within the company from time to time

8. 协助并支持质量部门处理客户投诉 Assist and support the quality department in handling customer complaints

职位要求Qualification：

1. 大学及以上学历，机械与机械制造相关专业毕业Bachelor Degree or above in mechanical related disciplines; 

2. 有紧固件领域工作经验和汽车零部件领域工作经验以及产品机械性能优先     Knowledge in the fastener or automotive industry, mechanical products design background will be plus;

3. 熟练使用CATIA和微软办公软件 Familiar with CATIA, MS software;

4. 了解PPAP和IMDS的优先考虑 Knowledge of PPAP and IMDS is preferred;  

5. 具有良好的内部和外部沟通表达能力 Good communication skills internally and externally;

6. 良好的英语读写能力及基本的英语会话能力 Good English reading and writing skills and basic English speaking skills

7. 能够适应出差Be active in business traveling;

8. 好的团队合作精神 Good team work spirit;

9. 有驾驶执照 Driver license is preferred.
