1、熟悉封装流程（IC/LED/CMOS等），解决封装过程常见问题；

2、能熟练操作Wire Bonding设备，处理Wire Bonding失效问题，配合产线做可靠性测试；

3、测试数据的整理及客户问题处理后报告的撰写；

4、五年以上WB制程工作经验，精通KNS系列WB机型

5、市场信息及行业信息的搜集和分析。

任职要求：

1、专科以上学历，微电子、半导体等相关专业。

2、7-8年以上电子封装行业售后、服务等相关工作经验；

3、具备良好的沟通协调及应变能力，良好的人际沟通协调能力；

4、吃苦耐劳，富有团队精神，责任心强，能承受工作压力；

5、能适应短期出差（主要以江西、安徽等周边城市为主）。
