Purchasing Engineer

• Supplier Developments (供应商开发) 

      Base on company’s requirements develop and find the proper supplier 

      根据公司需求，开发合适的供应商

• Finish goods cost calculation (成品成本计算)

      Cost calculation of cylinders or other finished goods 

      液压油缸或其他成品成本计算

• Cost down policy (成本节约政策)

      Set cost down policy, study macroeconomics environments and market research.

      设定成本节约政策，研究宏观经济环境和市场查询情况

• Supplier management (供应商管理)

1. Review supplier performance status, set continuous improvements plan。

      检查供应商效率设定持续改进计划

   2. Evaluates current and potential suppliers in coordination with Supplier Quality Teams.

      与供应商质量团队合作，评估当前和潜在的供应商。

   3. Executes contract negotiation and development

      执行合同谈判和开发

   4. Drives the parts and process qualification in coordination with Supplier Quality Teams

      与供应商质量团队合作，推动零件和工艺鉴定

   5.Quote Conversion and Margin Uplift

      报价转换和利润提升

   6. Supplier performance improvement, including but not limited to quality, lead-times, deliver frequency and on-time        delivery from vendors

      供应商绩效改进，包括但不限于质量、交付周期、交付频率和供应商准时交货

• Sourcing planning (开发计划)

      Balance sourcing working load and set planning status, for review in weekly planning.   

      平衡开发工作量 和设定开发计划情况，为了每周计划确认。

• Supplier cash flow impact (供应商现金流量影响)

       Review supplier cash flow impacts statements, work for Healthier financial status.

       检查供应商现金流量影响。持续康复公司财务状态。

     1. Accomplish purchasing policy

     顺利完成采购政策

     2. Enhance supplier on time delivery rate

     提高供应商准时交货等级

     3. Improve supplier quality rate

     改善供应商质量等级

应聘要求：

Academic background 学历背景

• Bachelor or college degree in Technical background, prefer mechanical engineering 

      机械工程师本科或者大专

• CET 4 English level, good English speaking and writing

       CET4 英文学历， 好英语听力和口语

• Other languages are appreciated 

       其他语言会更佳

Working experience 工作经验

• At least 5 years in hydraulic industry preferable in cylinders area 

      至少5年时间在液压行业领域液压油缸业务

• Knowledge in mechanical parts, hydraulic system and CNC machining 

      机械零部件知识，液压系统还有加工中心

• Familiar with the process of new supplier development, purchasing contract management and supplier performance evaluation

      熟悉新供应商开发流程，采购合同管理和供应商绩效评估

• Able to anticipate the needs of internal/external customers and able to proactively resolve complex issues;

       能够主动解决客户的内部问题；

• Strong computer application and data analysis skills, including office and ERP system;

       较强的计算机应用和数据分析能力，包括办公和ERP系统；
