Responsible for indirect purchasing (service, PPE and so on.）

Responsibilities：

1. Do RFQ, get quotations and transfer the PR to PO on time.

2. tracking and pull in the L/T, check the invoice from suppliers

3. Review existing contracts and identify opportunities for improved value for money in order to optimize costs and maintain the best interests of the organization.

4. Assist in the development of standard templates and formats on contract issuance and provide necessary recommendations in order to ensure timely and accurate development of documents

5. Reporting: initialize and complete the report of indirect sourcing. Analyze the purchasing data and improve the performance of indirect sourcing (saving, responsiveness, project objectives).

6. Develop and maintain long terms relationships with strategic suppliers

7.Other tasks assigned by manager

 

Requirements：
1. College or above, Bachler degree is preferred.

2. More than 4 years in purchasing function and indirect purchasing experience in large-scale industry is preferred.

3. SAP experience is preferred.
4. Being familiar with office software e.g. Powerpoint, Excel, Word.
5. Good English written , reading.
6. Good interpersonal skill and self-discipline, team player, responsible.
7. Interested in Automotive Industry.
