职位描述
The Area Sales Manager – will be responsible for developing the strategy and managing all aspects of sales management within given territory & target groups. Strategic relationships with key accounts in Greater China within Environmental Markets (Environmental Monitoring Centers, Environmental Protection Department, Universities or Research Institutes) and Automotive Exhaust Monitoring is needed.
This role is based in Shanghai that serves the Greater China Region. Reporting directly to the Managing Director and close work relation with Business Development/Sales Management & Central Marketing as well Headquarters in Germany. Intense travelling is a must.

Main Responsibilities/主要职责:
Responsible for Turnover as per yearly target while create market needs and market interests.
负责相关产品的年度订单目标任务同时创造市场需求及兴趣
Cooperate with business development and marketing team to increase and generate the leads under yearly product marketing campaigns or activities
与业务拓展和市场营销团队紧密合作,通过年度市场营销计划及活动来增加或获取相关的销售线索
Carry out Marketing Plan, based on local needs
基于本地市场的需求和总部的合作,负责执行相关的市场计划
Establish related sales documents and plan product and technical training to Dealers and End-users
负责建立销售相关文件及策划针对代理商及最终用户的产品和技术培训。
Manage all New Product Market launches within territory and target groups
管理负责区域和目标客户的所有新产品市场上市
Monitoring the market and, if necessary, influencing relevant national guidelines (lobbying)
监测相关市场, 如有必要, 影响相关国家指导方针(游说方式)
Skills and Qualifications/技能和资质:
Proven results in environmental or scientific markets
在环保或科研市场有成功经验
- Min. Bachelor degree – MBA preferred.
本科学历 – MBA优先考虑。
- Above 5 years sales of technical products experience
5年以上科技产品销售经验
- Mid to High level English language skills.
中高级英语水平
- Willingness to travel as needed to support product promotion and technical issue, travel to HQ in Germany as required.
