Job Responsibilities
-Develop annual media strategy and media plan for all pet brands. Provide recommendation on investment optimization to achieve brand building objectives within working media budget.
-Support brand communication team to develop media content, achieving maximum creativity and consumer/social impact through media format/channel innovation.
-Supervise media development, execution, and evaluation of tactical plans across all touch points by monitoring relevant KPI's, being a media analyst to leverage data and research, and drive actionable media insights for plan development
-Identify potential strategic partnerships with key media platforms that cater to pet owners
-Responsible of the relationship and accountable for the agency's performance

Qualifications

-Degree: Bachelor degree and above

-Required skills: Result oriented, self driven and able to work in a complex environment, a team player with the ability to work independently

-Language skills & proficiency: Strong communication & presentation skills in both Chinese and English

-Required experience: 7-10 years of experience in the marketing field: Media Manager, Digital Marketing Manager with excellent command of media and digital, or in a media agency as a planning director, strategic planner, More than 5 years focused experience in media planning and execution, in which digital is a primary touch point, Direct experience on EC platform highly preferred
