 行业销售经理-工程及机械设备 Industry Sales Manager – MPE

 

Overall Description


Currently we are looking for a highly qualified and motivated individual to take the position as Industry Sales Manager – MPE who will take in charge of our China's general industries, including Metalworking, Energy, Metallurgy, Life sense, Semiconductor, Plastic & rubber machine, and other engineering machines. This role serves as the primary business contact between industry and filed sales, and will be responsible for the delivery and execution of the business plan encompassing a short and long-term strategy to ensure timely renewals, identify new opportunities and a retention strategy.


 


He/ she is also responsible for establishing and maintaining good relationship with decision makers in key accounts, identifying target accounts, bring new business to the company such as industrial vision products where the company foresee a great revenue potential.


 


The Industry Sales Manager – MPE will be:


 


Responsible For (included but not be limited in):


 


1.     Overall coordination of MPE industry in China referring to global industry strategy. Support the company to ensure the team to achieve industry’s sales target.


2.     Define MPE industry business plan in the China, deliver the tasks to filed sales, monitor the execution of the MPE sales activities in the China and hit the region’s expectation.


3.     According to market information and company planning, make sales plan and quantify sales target, adjust sales target dynamically according to market situation from time to time.


4.     Define the industry development plan with local BD team according to accounts’ characteristics in different regions(Huadong, South, North, Central), ensure the efficient and effective implementation with good results.


5.     Collect and analyze industry information, capture market development trends, and assist the company in formulating industry strategic direction.


6.     Supervise, manage, guide and coach country MPE team’s work, optimize the work process and formulate KPI assessment indicators.


7.     Establish efficient performance management system, implement and supervise the team's working performance, achieve weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual overall performance evaluation, and timely adjust the plan to ensure the smooth completion of sales target.


8.     Good leadership to the MPE Industry team, build up a aggressive team with strong ambition in achievement;


9.     Other tasks assigned by line manger or international management when need.


 


 


Profile of Candidate


1.     Proven account management and sales management skills are required (minimum of 8 years).


2.     Solid working experience in semiconductor especially in semiconductor, internal logistics and energy industry, rich resources of decision-making persons is a plus.


3.     Ability to work closely with others at all levels both internally and externally in a highly professional manner.


4.     Proven leadership skills, min 5 years of team-management (>=5 ppl).


5.     Strong data analytical skills and problem-solving ability.


6.     Extremely detail oriented.


7.     Motivated, goal oriented, persistent and a skilled negotiator.


8.     High level of initiative and have the ability to work well in a team environment.


9.     Excellent written and oral communication skills in English.


10.   Handle stressful situations and deadline pressures well.


11.   Plan and carry out responsibilities with minimal direction.


12.   Bachelor’s degree or higher, major in engineering is a plus.


13.   Proficient in MS Office especially in Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
