 Main Objectives  

• Manage on Payroll, Social Insurance, House Fund, Income Tax, Piece Rate Calculation, Attendance, Recruitment, Labour contract, Data collection and other HR related job.
  管理工资、社保、公积金、个税、计件核算、考勤、招聘、合同、人事数据统计与分析、人事系统维护、离入职管理等。

    

Area of Responsibility  

• Be responsible for monthly payroll calculation, payslip, Salary inquiry etc.

• Be responsible for employment, social insurance, house fund, income tax management.

• Be responsible for recruitment channel maintenance, like 51job, labour agency, timely implement recruitment activities to meet business need.

• Be responsible for on-boarding and off-boarding.

• Be responsible for creating IT account for new hires, delete IT account for quit employee, remove IT access. Maintain Workday account.

• Be responsible for labour contracts management. Manage probation.

• Maintain product quota, make sure all data is accuracy and updated to the most updates.

• Working efficiency analysist by comparing the piece rate output and actual working hours and make suggestions to management.Design the piece rate calculation system.

• Timely inputting the daily production output form into computer.

• Make suggestions on labour payment.

• Maintain attendance system, like distribute attendance card, leave request inputting, daily attendance statistic, annual leave management.

• Be responsible for breakfast fee statistic for all employee.

• Be responsible for HR data statistic, like weekly flash, monthly master data, HR scorecard, recruiting tracker, green card, etc.

• Other job assigned by manager.

                              

Personal Tasks  

• Focus on details and ensure accuracy.

    

Main Challenges    

• Be careful for data inputting, like payroll and income tax.

Competence profile (ideal)  

• Education: College and above, major in human resource, business management , law, and other related.

• Working Experience: 2 years and above HR related working experience.

• Familiar with labor law and regulations.

• Be skilful with office , especially Excel software.

• Can speak English well, be able to hold a meeting using English.

• Focus on detail, can work under high pressure.

• Be good at communication.　

• Skilled at Excel Formula is a must.

• Make decision on hiring blue collars and attendance management. Make suggestions on HR affairs.
