岗位职责：

1、使用租赁会计系统，处理租赁合同；

2、按照要求摘取租金合同条款输入系统，并作核对

3、与其他regional office的财务人员和租赁会计团队进行沟通；

4、负责档案资料的建立、保管、查阅工作；

5、上级交办的其它工作。

 

任职资格：

1、全日制统招本科及以上学历，财务管理、会计学等相关专业；

2、有财会相关工作经验为佳；

3、了解国家相关规定，具有相关知识；

4、具有出色的协调、沟通能力；

5、逻辑思维能力强，能够辨别并分析合同条款；

6、欢迎985，211毕业生以及硕士毕业生自荐
