Job Description:

To detect new needs, potential collaborative innovations, the opportunities and risks that are affecting and will transform Antolin business / products in customers and local markets;

To take care of Antolin technical marketing / innovation brand in assigned Antolin customers;

Represent Antolin' Innovation in from of assigned customers / markets;

Developing a network of relationships in our customers'innovation product areas in collaboration with KAMs, Advanced Engineering Experts and rest technical-commercial organization;

Lead and orchestrate Innovation activities in assigned Antolin customers;

By Market/Customers intelligent to collect the main and relevant information from the OEMs concerning their long-term ideas and design for future interior products;

To transmit this information to the DIC (Corporate Innovation Director) and following to corresponding GA Innovation experts;

To collaborate with the benchmarking in the perimeter of the products designed by Grupo Antolin;

To maintain a high level of information exchange with all engineering collaborators according to the accomplished R&D programs;

To collaborate to monitor the application of the innovation and to help to integrate it into a development;

To support the acquisition of expert phase projects (offer, work program, time table, etc.);

To offer and manage meetings with the customers (workshops, tech days, innovation days, etc.);

Job Requirements:

Bachelor degree or above;

Good knowledge of the automotive field, interior trim will be preferred;

Excellent communication skills in English and Chinese;

Marketing/ Innovation background;
