ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

The incumbent will also be responsible for, but not limiting to the following duties:

• Provides analytical and decision support to finance and operation management team by developing, interpreting and implementing financial concepts for financial analysis and reporting
• Keep track on sales trend by weekly sales flash per top management’s request
• Actively involved in P&L and BS review, reconcile the actual to forecast and provide variance explanation
• Develop in-depth financial modeling for gross profitability analysis and other ad-hoc financial analysis,

· Develop forwarding looking capability to enhance predictability and forecast accuracy of business trends

· Support the preparation of monthly forecast exercise and annual budget to collect/provide the required information to adequately substantiate the numbers

• Actively involved in the preparation of monthly business review package by analyzing the sales, margin, expense and working capital of all China.

ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS:

EDUCATION: Finance, Accounting, or Economics education background.

LANGUAGE: Demonstrates excellent communication (written and spoken) skills in English and Chinese

COMPUTER: Excellent Microsoft Excel skill, strong financial modeling skill with concrete knowledge in Visual Basic/ Macro is preferable. Knowledge in Oracle is a plus

EXPERIENCE: This position requires minimum 3 years of financial working experience and 1 years hands-on experience in financial analysis to drive business growth in life science or Biopharma working environment.

FUNCTIONAL COMPETENCIES:

· Familiar with PRC GAAP and HK firm experience is preferable

· Positive, multi-tasking, and good team player and be able to effectively communicate with different internal customers to ensure positive outcome

· Strong business acumen with strong analytical and problem solving techniques

· Have sound business ethics and consistency among principles, values and behaviors, and adhere to policies and procedures, and be able to exercise judgment within defined procedures and practices to determine the appropriate action.
