Employee Shares Management:

-        Review and update SOP with global, Site HRs on employee shareholding management

-        Compliance Management: ensure all stock plans are well registered in SAFE and local tax bureau in time

-        Employee Capital Increase Management: launching, subscription, registration etc.

-        Grant/Vested Performance Share plan communication with global/BT/employee

-        Redemption: Coordinate with BT/Amundi/TCI and Finance to handle employee’s redemption

-        Communicate with employee on his/her tax liability on stock income

-        Ensure STC/Dividend process is smoothly proceeded in China and well communicated with shareholders

Benefits Management:

-        Review employees benefits program and advise rationalization proposal

-        Annual leave management: entitlement assignment, annual clear up, communication etc.

-        Management Company benefits activities: annual health check, birthday gifts, teleworking scheme etc.

-        Communicate with CIIC to distribute benefits to all employees, including holiday gifts, activities;

-        Commercial Insurance regular registration and claim support

-        Manage Expatriates’ benefits incl. travel insurance, SOS benefit, pension, medical insurance and other benefits

HRBP

-        Play JHRBP role in ACE/Ext. Com. functions to support HRBP- Supporting function

Others:

-        Monthly Reporting: HR&Admin, C&B team, individual monthly report etc.

-        Support C&B function vendors'payment in SAP.

Proactively fulfill other tasks assigned by line manager.
