Candidate Responsibilities:

  

We are looking for an experienced Business Systems Analyst for the Sales & Marketing organization to help support and drive business growth by building and maintaining efficient and scalable solutions. The job is within the sales & Marketing organization that supports one of the Global Key Accounts of STMicroelectronics.

  

This role engages directly with cross functional, multi-national users to deliver high quality solutions with a sense of urgency to meet ever-changing business needs. This role will be responsible for implementation and enhancement projects to continuously improve existing solutions/Applications, collaborating with IT and business community within Sales & Operations.

  

The responsibility entails process design, requirement gathering and documentation, development coordination, system configuration, solutions testing, user training & support. The individual will research and resolve issues working with stakeholders in a timely manner. The job holder must have a strong sense of user empathy, analytical skills, good oral and written communication & business acumen, all of which are vital to succeed in this role.

  

Ability to travel to US for training upon hire required

  

Candidate Profile:

  

• 5 to 7 years of experience in Project Implementation and support, preferably in Supply chain domain
• Proficiency in Excel and experience with standard data visualization tools such as PowerBI/Tableau
• Experience with major ERP platform(s), specifically SAP, mainly on the Supply Chain/Sales process desired
• Solid track record of successfully completing multiple, complex projects
• Demonstrated proficiency in requirements gathering and analysis
• Engage with stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle to promptly address questions and concerns
• Strong collaboration skills with internal/external customers, cross-functional teams & multi-national teams
• Experience in handling ad hoc projects & analysis to quickly solve time sensitive operational issues and business cases
• Superb social skills, a “can do” attitude and ability to collaborate with others in a global environment
• Experience in Semiconductor Industry will be a plus
• Fluency in English, and Chinese (Mandarin)
• Domestic/International travel will be required (20%)
