Job Purpose: This position is in charge of planning and managing marketing campaigns that promote a company's brand, products, and services. Their duties include planning marketing campaigns, analyzing metrics, and identifying trends. Other duties will include developing other business opportunities and potential wholesale partners.

Responsibilities 职责: 1. Develop and implement digital and social marketing plan per China digital strategy which serves for China business growth objective. Establish a brand digital strategy that is in line with brand strategy and long-term and short-term goals. 根据中国的数字化战略制定并实施数字化和社会化营销计划,以实现中国业务增长目标。建立与品牌战略和长期、短期目标相一致的品牌数字化战略。 2. Propose and implement localized plans for key campaigns that deliver brand objectives, and local commercial objectives. 提出并实施实现品牌目标和本地商业目标的关键活动计划。 3. Outline clear and trackable KPIs for each campaign and data sources. Analysis customer paths and provide trigger communication strategies. 为每个活动和数据来源列出清晰和可跟踪的KPI。分析客户路径并提供触发沟通策略。 4. Business Partnership Development: Develop strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to identify new business opportunities, and/or optimize customer digital experience with integrated digital solutions. 发展业务伙伴关系:与内部和外部利益相关者建立牢固的关系,以识别新的商业机会,并/或优化客户的数字化体验与集成的数字化解决方案。
5. Propose and implement the posting plan on the official social media platform to grow, retain and reach out to new followers on various social media platforms. Set up an interactive mechanism to increase the followers of official accounts and increase the stickiness of fans, improve user interaction and attract traffic for activities in other channels of the company. 提出并实施在官方社交媒体平台上发布的计划,以在各种社交媒体平台上增长、保持和接触新的追随者。建立互动机制,增加公众号粉丝,增加粉丝粘性,提高用户互动,为公司其他渠道活动吸引流量。 6. Operate official overseas social media accounts, including but not limited to popular social media such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, YouTube, Pinterest, etc. Responsible for routine monitoring. 运营海外官方社交媒体账号,包括但不限于流行的社交媒体如Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, YouTube, Pinterest等。负责日常监控。 7. Responsible for product copywriting /Blog /Newsletter, copywriting related to brand promotion, including but not limited to product manual, poster, video copywriting, PR press release, social media tweets, advertising copywriting, etc. 负责产品文案/博客/时事通讯,品牌推广相关文案,包括但不限于产品手册、海报、视频文案、公关新闻稿、社交媒体推文、广告文案等。
8. Develop and execute measurable lead generation and nurturing programs and digital marketing campaigns to enhance customer relationship using a variety of channels including webinars, podcast, search, emails, website, social media, digital platform collaboration, etc. 通过网络研讨会、播客、搜索、电子邮件、网站、社交媒体、数字平台合作等多种渠道,制定和执行可衡量的潜在客户培养计划和数字营销活动,以加强客户关系。 9. Develop and maintain a positive relationship with the target leading KOL/ bloggers and social media related networks. 发展并保持与主要KOL/ blogger和社交媒体相关网络的良好关系。
10. Supervise social media agency's day-to-day work to ensure high quality services are provided and timely delivered. Lead social media agency's performance evaluation. 监督社交媒体机构的日常工作,确保提供高质量的服务和及时的送达。领导社交媒体机构的绩效评估。 11. Manage digital suppliers and work closely with internal functions to ensure effective communications. 管理数字供应商,与内部部门紧密合作,确保有效的沟通。
12. Participate in other Communications related projects as assigned. 参与分配的其他沟通相关项目。
Requirements: 要求: 1. Bachelor degree or above in communication, marketing, digital marketing business or related field. 传播学、市场营销、数字营销或相关专业本科或以上学历。
2. At least 5 years of experience working in B2B marketing environment. 5年以上B2B市场营销工作经验。 3. Fluent in oral and written skill both in Chinese and English. 流利的中英文口头和书面表达能力。 4. Excellent PC skills in Excel, Power Point, Word skills in Microsoft. 熟练使用Excel, Power Point, Word软件。 5. Must be a strong collaborator, effective communicator skill. 必须有很强的协作能力,有效的沟通技巧。 6. Hard working attitude process the sense of high responsibility and independent working capability. 工作认真,有高度的责任心和独立工作能力。 7. Almond Cow is a Georgia company looking for a better and more sustainable world. With sustainability in mind, Almond Cow designed equipment to self-produce Almond and other nuts milks, using less energy than it takes to charge a smartphone. Almond Cow manufactures its equipment in Guangzhou, China; and has a target to expand, flooding it with affordable California almonds. In addition, longer-term they seek to provide other nuts like Cashew nuts, Walnuts, Pecans, Pumpkin seeds, and the sorts of raw materials for consumers to generate protein beverages. Almond Cow is setting up an entity in China to be able to set up their products in e-commerce platforms as a local entity, with full responsibility on the distribution of the machinery as well as the nuts commodities. Almond cows is also looking to hire local staff to take care of their business in China, manage the local supply chain and provide the support requested from e-commerce platforms.
