Job description

1、Arrange booking with shipping lines

2、Create job file in Cargo Wise system

3、Arrange container loading plan

4、Arrange & coordinate local trucking transportation

5、Contact local shippers to prepare customer clearance docs

6、Shipment on board tracing

7、Calculate and input shipment AR(revenue) /AP(cost) against the tariff given

8、Ensure the correctness & timeliness on the P/S with overseas counterparties

9、Work closely with CS and Doc to follow the SOP completely

10、Confirm & collect MBL

11、Other necessary tasks on a day-to-day basis assigned by superiors when necessary

Required Experience/Qualification

1、College degree or above

2、More than 2 years ocean operation experience in global forwarding company

3、Positive customer service manner

4、Self-motivated, high sense of responsibility and integrity

5、Teamwork, good interpersonal skills essential and must enjoy working in a team environment

6、Fluent Mandarin in both verbal and written; Good English expression in written
