Responsibilities:

-Technical support to all clients

-Deal with the complains from clients

-Check the warranty according to the warranty claim applications from users

-Arrange the installation when new product sold to clients

-Do the new product testing in jobsite and provide the training to operators

-Technical support to spare parts sales

-Cooperate with the engineers from GmbH and America to do the service

Requirements

-College degree or above(Fresh University Degree holder is also acceptable)

-Minimum 5 years working experience in Manufacturing

-Reading and writing abilities in English is a must,good oral English is preferred

-Honest and hard working

-Can take initiative and work under pressure

-Good communication skills

-Respect dealline
