1.  Responsible for operational contract review and revisions, including but not limited to purchasing, sales, agents, services 

 2.  Company governance management: preparation of any legal documents necessary for the governance of the companies including but not limited to bard resolutions, shareholder resolutions, supporting documents for change of statutory positions 

 3.  Assisting in the governance of transactions at local and group level 

 4.  Monitoring the latest development in legislation in China and convey important and necessary information to the organization 

 5.  Provide standard legal training and education on legal issues for other departments 6.    Support legal director and senior legal counsel for possible law cases and coordination with external lawyers.

Requirements:

-       Bachelor Degree or above in Law, with PRC Bar qualification

-       3~5 years of experience in in MNC or well-known legal firms 

-       In-depth knowledge of company laws and commercial laws

-       Familiarity with Chinese authorities’ processes and workflows.

-       Strong team player with good communication skills

-       Both Fluent English in writing and oral
