The Shanghai headquartered Fashion House by FANG is recruiting  an Admin Assistant. The position consists in acting as a 'right-hand' to the CEO of the company supporting with broad management aspects and liaisons with internal & external resources. 

Key responsibilities: 

• To assist the CEO in company's administration most particularly Treasury, Accounting, Legal and Human Resources matters: communication with external Accounting & Legal teams; bank transactions & relationship management; handling of accounting and tax-related documents; monthly / yearly reporting.
• To play a pro-active / dynamic role in the implementation of company's management frame: preparation and coordination of periodic meetings with company's leaders or departments ; follow-up of weekly / monthly targets and long term actions plans; support to leaders in formalizing reports and deliverables to the CEO. 
• To support the re-enforcement of company's internal processes / guidelines and to represent CEO's delegation in specific decisions or expenditures approvals.

• To manage special projects and organizational action plans with a particular focus on strengthening the company's culture and employees' continuous improvement trainings. 

• Business Administration or Accounting education background.
• Successful previous experience at a similar position.
• Dynamic, hard-working, multi-task oriented with excellent organizational logic.
• A team player with strong communication skills, willing to help and be flexible.
• Reliable and trustful to remain confidential with sensitive information.
• Entrepreneurial, business-minded eager to oversee the broad aspects of a company's Management.
• Proficient with data management / ERP and MS office. 
• English fluent written and spoken is mandatory
