1. To actively lead IT infrastructure project delivery, communicate and coordinate with all internal and external parties on infra design, post go-live support definition, operation acceptance, etc.

2. Oversee Infrastructure projects according to business plan to meet the milestones in schedule, cost and quality.

3. Manage new IT infrastructure requests to drive high quality project/change delivery

4. Liaise with global/regional/site infrastructure teams to achieve various business goals

5. Develop and maintain the key documents during the project delivery process (such as project timing plan, Dashboard, score card).

6. Identify the risk and develop the risk mitigate plan, follow the escalation process as necessary.

7. Coordinate and organize gate reviews to report the project delivery status to management team.

Qualifications:

1 Bachelor degree or above in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related discipline

2 Overall should have 5-8 years of IT working experience

3 3-5 years of experience on Project Management.

4 Solid experience in delivering IT Infrastructure project is must.

5 Solid Infrastructure technical background, with understanding or hands-on experience on Data Center, Network, Server, Storage, Database, etc.

6 Willing to travel based on project requirement

7 Solid experience on handling Data Center build would be a plus.

8 Solid experience in architecture, Cloud-based platforms like AWS, AliCloud and IOT would be a plus.

9 Excellent written and verbal Mandarin and English communication skills

10 Excellent communication skills in various scenarios

11 Strong project management skills: time management, skill assessment, resource planning, and effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment

12 Efficient problem solver

13 Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills

14 Good service oriented manner
