Job Accountabilities 工作职责：

1. Clearly understand customer requirement and analysis market situation, feedback proper product improvement request to R&D Dept, with market analysis

2. Develop market strategy(4P) and good implementation to successfully launch new product

3. Close work with sales department and develop initiatives to support sales

4. Product/sales training

5. Take care product through entire lifecycle

6. Can independently coordinate and promote project progress of various department

7. Actively finish all direction and KPI with passion and teamwork spirit
   

Job Requirements 职位要求：

1. More than 5+ years working experience in IT/OA industry

2. Data sensitive, logic thinking and strong learning ability

3. Ability of independent problem solving and strong market analysis ability

4. Good interpersonal communication, organization and coordination skills

5. Good at office software, especially PPT and EXCEL

6. Fluent spoken and written English
