This is a Production Process Engineer role, reporting to Production Development Specialist in Business Area – Motion, Motors & Generators located in Shanghai, China.

- Designing new product production process, making the standard process flow chart, leading or participating in the new product introduction, tracking and coordinating the process together with other functions.
- Evaluating new product’s cycle time and production line capacity study, making SOP and supporting the training of shop floor workers.
- Demanding planning for human resource, equipment, fixture and transportation tooling.
- Leading internal logistic, optimizing, and actualizing the improvement of local layout.
- Making plans for existing production process, making the logical process flow chart and making value stream analysis and eliminating waste.
- Investigating and taking effective actions to the production process problems,
- Planning and implementing for production line 5S and visual management.
- Making the standard layout drawing by related software (AutoCAD), investigating potential safety risk in production process, and taking effective actions accordingly.
- Living ABB’s core values of safety and integrity, which means taking responsibility for your own actions while caring for your colleagues and the business.

- Bachelor or above in Engineering.
- At least 3 years’ experience in mass production of IE/PE.
- Familiar with site layout and logistics analyses method.
- Familiar with AutoCAD software.
