1. 管理和执行Cytek生物科学品牌、产品和服务相关的科研业务的市场策略。

2. 计划和实施产品市场计划，并提供与竞争对手、市场、产品定位、销售量预测以及定价策略相关的数据和资料。

3. 制定新产品发布方案，并在产品发布后积极管理其商业化和生命周期。

4. 制定并推动市场预测，评估产品的市场机会和利润目标。

5. 通过有效的市场方案，发现和培养潜在客户，提高品牌认知度，并激发对Cytek科研产品的兴趣。

6. 开发和实施相关产品的销售培训工具和项目，与技术团队协调，确定与指定产品相关的白皮书、数据表等。

7.与全球团队合作，确定和协调相关的会议/展会。

8.负责通过用户会议、网络研讨会和与技术营销合作创建基于网络的工具来提高客户参与度。

9.积极与研发、运营、质量、法规、工程师、销售和财务部门合作，为产品推广和潜在的新产品或产品改进提供市场支持。

10.了解全球范围内与指定产品相关的行业趋势和竞争活动。

任职条件:

1.4-5年以上类似产品管理、市场营销或业务发展方面的经验，包括产品线管理、定价、预测和供求方面的经验。具备流式细胞仪相关经验。

2.硕士及以上学历，生物学、免疫学、药学、医学等相关专业。

3. 良好的沟通(书面和口头)和 表达能力，擅长分析，项目管理和计划。

4. 具有跨职能团队合作精神，能够管理并与全球团队互动，有能力在多元化的团队中工作，并积极为工作环境做出贡献。

5. 建立、维护与客户的关系。

6. 能适应较频繁的出差。
