1. Knowledgeable on medical supply regulation, mainly in EU and US markets 

a) Manufacturing qualification (CE certificate for EU, or FDA registry for US)

b) Testing standard

i. How to classify the category with just product description

ii. How to identity the test standard from those with similar feature

iii. Ability to read and understand the Original English standard (not just forward to 3rd party lab for interpretation)

iv. Ability to read test reports to confirm compliance with the standard 

c) Customs requirement (EU representative or Declaration of Conformity)

d) Further Local market requirement like OTC classification, NDC application in US market

e) Ability to learn and search requirement on other markets like Middle-east, south America 

2. With scientific mindset

a) Being trained in basic physics, chemistry and human biology. A degree in related field is preferred.

b) Ability to understand different methodologies for disinfection (killing virus or bacteria)

c) Ability to interpret a test report or standard in layman terms

d) Background in working in an accredited lab or biochemistry lab is preferred. Knowing the bacteria incubation is a bonus

3. Fluent English (for real)

a) Ability to read and understand bulk ENGLISH information (like long standard or regulation) FAST 

b) Ability to reply to foreign customer in email and on calls 

c) Knowing jargons and lexicon in medical supply field is a bonus

4. Manufacturing background

a) Understanding the basic equipment in medical equipment manufacturing like sanitization 

b) Understanding manufacturing process for injection mould, non-woven textile
