配合客户的测试需要，及时作好技术准备

跟踪封装技术的进展趋势

根据公司技术发展，结合市场形势和客户需要，计划并实施封装技术相关研究

任职要求：

本科（含）以上学历，电子、物理、材料等相关专业，从事半导体行业5年以上工作经验
熟悉Flip Chip、2.5D/3D TSV等先进封装技术、熟悉半导体生产制造工艺流程，有underfill、molding经验或失效分析的优先
熟练使用各种办公软件，能熟练使用JMP/minitab等软件进行DOE设计及数据

态度积极进取，具有一定的逻辑分析能力和解决问题能力，能够承担工作压力

具备良好语言及文字表达能力，能够流畅的听说读写英文能力

具有良好的学习能力和创新意识，具备一定的服务意识和良好的责任感

具有良好的沟通能力、较强的协调能力，富有团队合作精神

能够适应经常出差
