Responsibilities:

- Responsible for creating and implementing the menu

- Responsible maintaining the consistency and high standards of the menus

- Motivate and inspire line cooks to perform at a high level

- Working for job skills and technical knowledges training, and professional development of all kitchen staffs

- Maintain a professional attitude and ensure the consistent production of high quality food

- Other tasks assigned by the leader.

Requirements:

- Passionate about cuisine, one with abroad understanding of traditional ingredients and recipes

- Ability to create and implement menu

- Minimum 5 years’ experience in similar position, overseas experience will be preferred

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Expected to meet or exceed budgeted food cost and while maintaining the highest standards.

- Salary is negotiable
